Starbucks
E-Commerce
Bringing all creative in-house to support an e-commerce business is challenging. There are so many unexpected challenges, and so many amazing rewards. In a very short time, I lead a small and mighty team to transform store.starbucks.com from a parody of Starbucks into a quality expression of the brand. We redesigned the site, optimized components, templated the emails, defined the voice, and reimagined the briefing process. We introduced product-focused how-to videos, and not only delivered more compelling marketing imagery but streamlined our product photography process, saving tens of thousands of dollars.
In one year, the team delivered more than 10 new page designs, more than 150 emails, more than 200 marketing updates, and nearly 1,000 product images and descriptions. I cannot be prouder of the work.
